I can’t wait to share easy recipes to make regular meals with the people you love more achievable. Earlier this summer, my husband and I prayerfully considered hosting a young lady in our home for the school year. One of the agreements we were to make was to have a family dinner once a week. After years of eating on the run or grabbing a bowl of cereal or a peanut butter apple for dinner, we were being called to plan to sit down together once a week. We didn’t realize what a blessing it was to take stock of our weekly schedules and intentionally find that time to enjoy a meal. In the last few weeks, I’ve gotten back to my meal-planning roots and found my love of cooking again. My culinary interests have, of course, been here all along, but the rhythm of regular gathering has reinvigorated my joy in the kitchen. Join along as we rediscover old favorites and introduce new ones to our repertoire!
